• Please bring your yoga mat and meditation cushion if possible

• Maximum number of participants for any class : 12 people

• Yoga-vacation Classes are held in English.

• The language can be adapted according to the needs of the group

• We speak English, French, German and Spanish

How do you get there ?

• By Plane: Book your tickets for Lyon Airport (200 kilometers) or Marseille. Then train (departure from the airport) to Montélimar

• transfer available Montélimar-Alba : 20€

• By train: Book your tickets for Montélimar station (located at 10 kilometers from the training venue).

• by car : GPS : Mozé, 07400 Alba la Romaine, France
